Canopy Makes Inc. 5000 List for Third Consecutive Year as Connected Products Market Accelerates

Remote monitoring and management leader continues rapid growth trajectory, improving position to 3,816 on prestigious ranking

Media & Announcements

Canopy, the leading provider of remote monitoring and management software for connected products, is proud to announce its inclusion on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America for the third consecutive year. The company improved its position to no. 3,816 on Inc. Magazine's 2025 Inc. 5000 list as it approaches its 12th anniversary in the industry. This marks its third consecutive appearance on the list and sixth appearance since the inception of the company.

The recognition comes as Canopy continues to expand its capabilities in response to the growth of [[connected products]], such as:

  • [[Point-of-Sale systems]], drive-thru, kiosks, kitchen display systems, network stack, and more in support of the “connected restaurant” technology stack,
  • Physical security products like those made by ButterflyMX (e.g., access control systems) or Axis cameras,
  • Live streaming products like those made by PlayOn Sports,
  • Self-service kiosks from Kiosk Information Systems,
  • Sports simulators from Full Swing,
  • And thousands of other connected products

Canopy has also expanded its remote monitoring and management platform to further enable remote device management of Android devices, adding to existing capabilities across Windows, Linux, iOS, and other IoT devices.

"We're experiencing one of the most seismic technology revolutions the world has seen," added Latham. "The more technology that's deployed, the more demands put on teams to service that technology. We've never been more excited about the role that Canopy plays in helping satisfy these critical needs."
